What I Plan to Work on Over the Holidays In My Yoga Practice

Rachel Brathen gives some tips for handstands.  Which eventually I will use, once I can get off my forearms!  I love watching her videos for tips and tricks.

Bad Yogi (Erin Motz) is another one of my favs, as she is where I learned how to do the crow pose:


So if you are looking to get some yoga and relaxation over the holidays, I would definitely recommend these lovely yogis!

I will be working on my crow pose and inversions – yay!!!
